INSOMNIA
Insomnia is the inability to sleep a minium of 6 hours or chronic sleep loss over a period of three days or more. One main factor is the thyroid hormones being too high. If you are a person who has problems putting on weight, this is one item that needs to be checked.
Another factor is going to bed without unwinding from the day's activities. We all need a period of time before laying down to unwind. Lay down only when you feel sleepy, otherwise you may end up fighting with the bed.
